Who we are
Operated by Square Company Group S.R.L. (IDNO 1020600015874), Chișinău, Republica Moldova, the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email, and optionally phone number, estimated arrival time, and special requests. We also store your booking details (dates, cabins, guests, amount paid).
Payment data
Card payments are processed securely by Paynet and the acquiring bank using 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode). We do not see, receive or store your full card number.
How we use your data
Only to: process and manage your booking, contact you about it, issue refunds where applicable, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
Only as needed to operate the service: with our payment provider (Paynet) and acquiring bank to process payment and refunds, and where required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep booking and transaction records as long as required by accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
