These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay at Square Pine Retreat (“the property”), located at Tepealan Mah., Büyük Eğricesu Obası, Küme Evleri No: 200, Korgan / Ordu, Türkiye. Bookings and payments on this website are processed by Square Company Group S.R.L. (IDNO 1020600015874), MD-2008, str. Eugen Coca 17, ap. 100, Chișinău, Republica Moldova (“we”, “us”), the operator and merchant of record. By completing a booking you accept these terms.

25 identical A-frame cabins, each sleeping up to 4 guests. Each booking reserves one or more whole cabins for the dates selected. Amenities are described on this website.

A booking is made by selecting dates, cabins and guests, providing your details, accepting these terms, and paying in full online. Cabins are held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received; you then receive a booking reference and a secure link to view or cancel your booking.

All prices are shown in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and are the full, all-inclusive price for the cabins and dates selected. Payment is taken in full at booking, online, by Visa or Mastercard via Paynet. Meals at the on-site dining house are not included and are paid separately during your stay.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Check-in from 17:00, check-out by 11:00 (Europe/Istanbul). Maximum 4 guests per cabin. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The property is in a natural forest environment; guests use the grounds and facilities at their own risk and are expected to act responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.

As a property located in Türkiye, guest identity details are collected on arrival in person, as required by local law.
