Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains exactly what refund you are entitled to, based on when you cancel. It is clear and fair and applies to all bookings made on this website. All bookings are paid in full at booking; refunds are issued to the original card used.
Cancellation by the guest
Refund schedule, calculated from your check-in date (Europe/Istanbul time):
- Cancel 14 days or more before check-in → 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancel between 14 and 7 days before check-in → 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in, or fail to arrive (no-show) → no refund.
Cancellation by us / force majeure
If we cancel your booking for any reason, or if events beyond reasonable control (such as natural disasters or other force majeure) prevent your stay, you are entitled to a 100% refund, or the option to rebook for alternative dates.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original card via Paynet. Refunds are processed promptly after the cancellation is confirmed; depending on your bank, funds may take several business days (typically 3–10) to appear. Card payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Use the secure “manage booking” link shown when you booked, or contact ssquarecompanygroup@gmail.com · +373 796 95 910. The refund is calculated by the date and time we receive your cancellation.
